INFRASTRUCTURE

NuSkyWay runs on (130) IBM Blade servers with a dedicated 100 megabit connection to the internet equivalent to (75) T-1 connections. The servers run on a Linux Enterprise platform. The servers are protected by hardware based, state-of-the-art firewalls built by NetScreen.

Your game download sites are connected to a co-location facility that can support over a million downloads per day.

Our network operations center in St. Louis, Missouri can be toured by distributors Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Central time.

All data records for distributor sales are protected by a secure socket layer (SSL) with 128 bit encrytion from ENTRUST.

NuSkyWay, as developer and manager of these products, has taken several steps to safeguard the integrity of its communications and computing infrastructure, including but not limited to authentication, monitoring, auditing, and encryption.

Security measures have been integrated into the design, implementation and day-to-day practices of NuSkyWay operating environment as part of its continuing commitment to risk management.

All accounting systems, game development, and system architecture has been developed and integrated by NuSkyWay engineers.



TEAM MEMBERS

Paul A. Schneider, President

Mr. Schneider brings to the company a broad background in marketing, strategic planning, and business financing, resulting from 20+ years in senior executive positions. Mr. Schneider has led marketing, sales, business development and product development teams for several companies. Mr. Schneider's education includes a B.S. degree in Business Management.

Mr. Schneider is currently President and owner of Online Exchange, an online marketing and website development company. Previously, Mr. Schneider was President and owner of Clinical Systems, Inc., a nationwide, medical manufacturing and rental company.
Tim Smith, Vice President of Sales, Co-Founder

Mr.Smith has 30+ years of sales and marketing experience in financial services, real estate, and the insurance industry. Mr. Smith has been a part of the company development teams for software, hardware, and mission-critical services provided by the company. He is a veteran of large and small companies.

Mr. Smith is primarily responsible for company sales and marketing through the network of independent sales representatives. Mr. Smith graduated from the Central Missouri State University with a Masters Degree.
Keith Reiter, System Administrator and Chief Technology Specialist

Mr. Reiter is the email system administrator, networking specialist, and senior hardware technician who performs much of the network planning and implementation. Mr. Reiter serves as the technology research specialist, finding low-cost answers to the company's computing and communication needs. Mr. Reiter is also the designer of the backend database, advertising systems, and e-commerce functions of the golf games. Mr. Reiter studied Mathematics and Computer science in college. Mr. Reiter has 12 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and software integration.
Nathan Harris, Senior Artist

Mr. Harris was educated at Center for Creative Studies in Detroit recieving a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation in 1993, he starting out in the software industry working as a designer and animator for Selectware, The Detroit News, and Meta Creations. In 1999, Mr. Harris entered the gaming world at Atomic Games where he worked on titles such as Close Combat and others. A few years later he was employed by Poptop Software of Fenton, MO to create the cinematics for Railroad Tycoon 3 and Shattered Union. MVP found Mr. Harris at Poptop and hired him to take advantage of his 3D character and shape modeling skills.
Kevin Bertel, Game Programmer

Mr. Bertel has a BS in Game Design and Development from Full Sail Real World Education in Orlando, FL. He is currently the gameplay developer and user interface engineer at MVP. Born and raised right here in St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Bertel is an avid hometown sports fan and enjoys working in the greater St. Louis area.
Brian Stamper, Game Programmer

Mr. Stamper graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a degree in Computer Science this spring. Brian's first experience with games was on the Nintendo Entertainment System where he played Super Mario Brothers. As a fifth grader, Brian programmed his first game in QBASIC on a IBM 486 computer. Since that time, he has been hooked on creating games. When Brian is not programming for MVP, he plays the trumpet and piano, watches movies and, of course, plays video games. His favorite is Stargate.
Andy Maurer, Game Tester

Mr. Maurer came to MVP from the University of Minnesota, Morris campus, after completing his degree in Computer Science. He has experience in many different areas, from website development to database management to application development. He joined the company as its new tester, and works hard towards the goal of a game with as few bugs as possible. Outside of the office, Mr. Maurer is an avid gamer with lots of experience playing strategy, fantasy, and war games.
Joy Black, Accounting Manager

Mrs. Black has over 20 years of office and accounting experience. She has been a part of this company for almost 6 years. She processes all the incoming orders and is responsible for the commissions being processed in a timely manner. She also handles most of the financial aspects of the company on a daily basis.
